Who we are

What we collect

Only what you type into our contact and order forms: your name, email address, phone number and company name (where asked), your chosen service or package, your domain name and the message you write.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry, provide a quote and, if you go ahead, set up and manage your website. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in running our business. We do not use your details for marketing unless you ask us to, and we never sell them.

Who receives it

Form submissions are sent to our own form service, which emails them to us using Resend and does not keep a copy. To block spam, the forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks your browser is genuine and processes technical data such as your IP address. This website is hosted on DigitalOcean, and its fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser shares your IP address with Google when a page loads. These providers process technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the service. Some are based outside the UK and rely on safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted within 12 months. Customer records are kept for the length of the contract plus six years for accounting and legal purposes.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, object to our use of it, or ask us to restrict it. Email us at the address above. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
